I am Gena Anaya and I am the Owner/Jewelry Artist for Designs by Gena.  I have been working as a Jewelry Artist for about three years and thoroughly enjoy sharing my work with others.  It is my goal to put smiles on each and every one of my client's faces.

Payment Policy

Orders will be shipped once payment is received.  Payment must be received within ten days of purchase or the item will be placed back in inventory.  If for some reason you are unable to pay once an order has been placed, either re-order the item after it has been placed back in stock, provided it has not been purchased by someone else, or contact Gena to see if special arrangements can be made.  To contact Gena regarding a purchase, refer to the Contact Gena section.

Shipping Policy--Free Shipping

All purchases will be shipped within forty-eight hours of payment.  In most cases standard shipping delivered by USPS or UPS will be used so packages are insured and can be tracked.  I will send you a confirmation email with information about your shipping date which will also include a tracking number if available.  All items should be received in seven to ten business days unless special arrangements are made between the buyer and Gena.

Should your jewelry be delivered damaged, Gena guarantees either a full refund or a handmade replacement to be delivered within another seven to ten business days at no cost to you.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option of returning it within ten business days for a full refund or you may choose a replacement item.  If you decide to purchase a different piece, you will be charged or refunded the difference.
